We enjoyed the complimentary drinks at check-in and the free shuttle service to popular tourist spots. The location is also great, with a nearby park perfect for morning runs and hiking. The room was spacious and we had a great view of the city from our window.
The city administration made our stay difficult. They wouldn't let us check-in until we provided additional documents for our child, even though we had her birth certificate.

The rooms had good size and we enjoyed the city view from the high floor. the bed was huuuge and really comfortable. We were delighted to find a plate of fresh fruit and snacks waiting for us in the room. We also appreciated the free bottled water.
The hotel felt outdated and some of the staff seemed uninterested. Many families with young children were staying at the hotel, so it was noisy and not very romantic.
